How does your cat react when you are ill?
My eldest cat Tiny (pictured) is always the same whenever I am ill, no matter what the complaint, if i stay in bed he knows if i am unwell, and his reaction is always the same, he is so very gentle, he cuddles in, and barely moves, and will stay with me for hours, maybe leaving to go to the litter tray, and coming straight back, are your cats similar, how lucky we are to have cats in our lives
Tiny sounds like my gorgeous master!
I was recently ill with bronchitis & although she would jump every time I started coughing she would come back & snuggle into me when I stopped. She hardly worried if I was late getting her brekky & she seemed content to lay around with me & would go have a stretch, kick her ball around, scratch her post but was always back within a few minutes.
When she was sick I spent so much time just being near her & I know she liked that.
It is comforting, isn’t it?
